Kristin works with organizations to develop systems and models of practice to shift the work culture towards an embodied collective aligned with shared values and goals. She develops a framework curated for that particular organization's desired culture, and teaches new practices while integrating the organizations healthy and helpful practices that align with their desired values and goals. Kristin facilitates processes that allows for a collective wisdom from those who make up the organization, individual coaching as needed, and trainings to provide new teachings and informations to support the desired outcomes.
Organizational Care Model
The Organizational Care Model is an example of a framework based on indigenous cosmology curated for Child and Adult Protective Services. Kristin designed and implemented the Organizational Care Model for these agencies as a way to operationalize and practice what they preach by caring for their employees through implementation of this framework. The Organizational Care Model integrates racial equity, resiliency practices, and physical, mental, emotional safety and wellness as well as relational wellness and collective purpose.
