Nikole Rosario
Nikole Rosaria is a weaver of community spaces for learning, healing, imagining, and creating. She is passionately invested in collaborations that are risking to seed new worlds amidst the decaying structures of an old paradigm; that are laboring for Love to win the day; that are gaining ground in the relational dance of sovereignty and solidarity; and enjoying the magic that’s unleashed as we remember our sacred relationship to all Life. She carries with her the tools of a singer-songwriter and drummer, storyteller, educator, organizer, mother, friend, spiritual companion, and contemplative writer. Cultivating her garden and tending bee colonies teaches her how to be human, how to take refuge in Nature’s regenerative forces, and about the vital need to choose radical hope on behalf of our interbeingness. She lives on a small family farm in Ohio (www.heartbeatgardens.com), she collaborates with national and global networks dedicated to collective awakening, to anti-oppression and decolonial frameworks, and turning prayers into action (www.gaiamandala.net; www.bepresent.org; Macaroni Music). She is a cultural steward of Southern Italian and Sicilian traditional music, and travels to Sicily annually to visit family and study with her teacher. She’s a part of the sprouting collective currently called ‘Macaroni Music’, generating co-learning and Ancestral re-weaving spaces within the Southern Italian and Sicilian diaspora on Turtle Island. Through Mandorla Arts LLC, you can find her teaching, facilitating, consulting and performance offerings. https://www.mandorlahive.net/

Khara Scott-Bey
Khara the Creator is an Artist, Activist, Performer, Organizer, Writer, Priestess, Healer, Therapist, Teacher, Poet, Entrepreneur. She has worn a lot of hats! Khara was born an artist in Dayton Ohio, became an activist in college and graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary studies and no clearer ideas of what she wanted to be when she grew up, but a deep desire to build community and decolonize her own mind. She has always used creativity as a tool to manage her mental health and decided that she would fully embrace it as part of her identity when she moved to Oakland, CA in 2006. Khara worked with organizations such as Art and Action, YES! Youth Spirit Artworks, and the Mosaic Project. Through this work she worked as an organizer, and healer blossomed. For 5 years she worked with Generative Somatics as a facilitator, and for the last 20 years she worked with Be Present Inc. which gifted her with understanding how to embody her authentic self, become a creatrix of play and aliveness and a liberated soul in a fragmented world. Khara is also a tarot card reader, a practitioner of Buddhism and African based theology, and a co-creator of good things.

She can be found in South Jersey, weaving communities in healing ceremonies and is always up for an adventure. Katie has been partnered for over 25 years and is mama to three young men who have been catalysts for consensual parenting, living a vibrant life, and transforming generational pain and trauma into a lineage of love and liberation. She is a child-led, earth-based, secular homeschooling mama who has co-created and co-led various learning laboratories over the years.
